O Estado dos dados para avaliar políticas de educação infantil

A autora descreve e analisa os principais instrumentos nacionais, disponíveis nos últimos anos, para coleta de dados macro-sociais sobre educação infantil. A análise focaliza, especialmente, a conceituação de educação infantil e as variáveis sobre o usuário e o estabelecimento previstas nos questionários usados pelo IBGE (censos e pesquisas domiciliares). Ao final, apresenta e discute indicadores de cobertura evidenciando suas fragilidades e propondo modificações.Downloads
