Abstract

Texto preparado para o Seminário Internacional sobre Modelos Avaliativos (SEE/SP, FCC, apoio Banco Mundial). O trabalho define um amplo programa de avaliação da rede de ensino estadual, situado no contexto de várias reformas educacionais - autonomia administrativa, financeira e pedagógica - que, a partir de 1995, visam a aprimorar o ensino e a oferecer uma educação de qualidade no ensino fundamental e Médio.
