Raffermir la position comme enseignant, affirmer la profession enseignante

Dans la première partie, l’article se concentre sur le besoin de penser la formation des enseignants comme une formation professionnelle. Pour cela, il est fondamental de construire un nouvel espace institutionnel qui accorde un rôle à la profession au sein des institutions de formation. Entre les deux parties, on soutient que la formation doit consolider la position de chaque individu comme professionnel, ainsi que la position de la profession enseignante. La deuxième partie avance le besoin de réorganiser la place de formation des enseignants, tout en déployant le concept de position en cinq mouvements : disposition personnelle, interposition professionnelle, composition pédagogique, recomposition investigatrice et exposition publique. Le texte se termine par une coda, dans laquelle on souligne l’importance de la profession pour la formation et de la formation pour la profession.
