Firmar la posición como profesor, afirmar la profesión docente

Resumen

El artículo muestra, en la primera parte, la necesidad de pensar la formación de profesores como una formación profesional. Para ello, es fundamental construir um nuevo lugar institucional, que traiga la profesión adentro de las instituciones deformación. Entre las dos partes, se defiende que la formación debe consolidar la posición de cada persona como profesional y la propia posición de la profesión. Em la segunda parte, se aborda la necesidad de reorganizar el lugar de la formación de profesores, desplegando el concepto de posición en cinco movimientos: disposición personal, interposición profesional, composición pedagógica, recomposición investigativa y exposición pública. El texto concluye con una coda, en la que se insiste en la importancia de la profesión para la formación y de la formación para la profesión.
