O crescimento quantitativo da escola básica transformou muito as condições de trabalho do professor. O sistema burocratizou-se, e as relações sociais de trabalho dentro da escola mudaram de natureza. Hoje, o magistério de 1º grau constitui uma prática ordenada e racionalizada pelas instâncias técnicas e administrativas do sistema de ensino. O professor deixou de ser um artesão autônomo diante das decisões sobre o que ensinar e como transmitir e avaliar o que ensina.Downloads
