O artigo analisa a narrativa que Fernando de Azevedo constrói sobre o movimento educacional nos anos 20 e 30, em A Cultura Brasileira, com a finalidade de propor algumas questões aos pesquisadores em História da Educação Brasileira. A partir da posição que o autor assume, num campo de lutas e conciliações, sua narrativa é tomada como prática discursiva que intervém naquele campo, efetuando uma determinada memória histórica, onde se obscurece a relevância de alguns temas e questões que o artigo procura apontar.Downloads
