Abstract

O texto discute o novo paradigma para a educação que, estabelecido em âmbito mundial, está se impondo aos países em desenvolvimento. Chama a atenção para as importantes diferenças aí encontrada em relação aos países centrais onde o consenso internacional foi basicamente gestado.
