O maior desafio da educação brasileira parece residir ainda no ensino fundamental. Nele deságuam os problemas do curso secundário que forma os professores de 1° a 4º série e da universidade, responsável não apenas pela produção dos docentes de 5º a 8º série, mas também por pesquisas que subsidiem as políticas públicas para aquele setor.
