Abstract

Desde o fim dos anos 60, a idéia de educação permanente conheceu rápida difusão. Em seu relatório aprender a ser (Apprendre à être) a Comissão Edgar Faure a propõe como sendo mesmo uma idéia essencial das políticas educacionais para os anos vindouros. Mas, o que se entende exatamente por está idéia e como se pode traduzi-la em termos de ação concreta?
