Abstract

Durante os quinze anos passados, ou mais. presenciamos um aumento no número de experiências na utilização do rádio e televisão educativos, e um rápido crescimento nas pesquisas nessa área. Houve um acumulo de observações diretas, nesse setor, e parecemos ter surgido alguma forma de progresso especialmente visando definir o custo atual da utilização do meio.
