Abstract

Neste artigo são discutidos diversos aspectos relativos à educação da criança negra numa sociedade dominada pelos valores da população branca. A educação dada na família, na escola e em diversas situações informais é vista como reforçadora do ideal de branquicidade prevalente na sociedade brasileira.
