Abstract

O artigo discute as principais questões envolvidas na definição dos direitos à educação das crianças de 0 a 6 anos no novo texto constitucional a ser elaborado. Em seguida, analisa as propostas já existentes - especialmente aquela preparada pela Comissão Provisória de Estudos Constitucionais, coordenada por Afonso Arinos - no que se refere aos direitos das crianças nesta faixa de idade.
