Planejamento educativo e complexidade: gestão das reformas educacionais

Resumo

Como parte da atividade humana interessada em influenciar os processos de mudança social, o planejamento em geral, bem como o planejamento educativo, registraram uma série de etapas. apresenta-se neste artigo uma reflexão baseada nas atividades de planejamento educativo na américa latina, que se refere particularmente ao atual desafio que ele enfrenta no tocante à sua capacidade de se transformar em uma ferramenta útil para gerenciar os processos de reforma educacional na região.
